Familial aggregation in certain malignant neoplasm is well known. We are presenting a report of young mothers with breast cancer, one whose son developed paraspinal fibrosarcoma and in the second family the daughter developed osteogenic sarcoma. The possibility of a familial syndrome-Li-Fraumeni syndrome is suggested with relevant review of literature. |
